As many of you know there is a new book about the little situation with our fine ex President and the tragic death of Lissa Roche. This book "Hillsdale: Greek Tragedy in America's Heartland," goes into the death of Lissa Roche and the actions surrounding it.  This fine book receives the full endorsement of the HLO even though it does not go into the core issue of the HLO and that is the hypocritical regime headed by King Roche.  If you want to see this fine book's website please go here.

This just in: Ron Trowbridge is gone. His last day was September 20. Our opinion: it's about time. He should have been fired after his inept bungling of the George Roche incident, where he almost irreparably harmed the College due to his foolish comments to the press (go to our "Current Woes" page and see his comments for yourself). With Trowbridge gone, the school has a much better chance of reforming under the leadership of Dr. Larry Arnn.

As most of you know, Dr. Larry P. Arnn, President of The Claremont Institute, Claremont, California, was selected as the new President of Hillsdale College. We have heard nothing but positive reviews on him, and we wish him the best of luck on trying to reform Hillsdale.
